Getting Nick to Speak at Your Next Event Starts Here

Over the last 10 years of working with 15,000+ executives from across the globe, ranging from the top-team at Ben & Jerry’s ice-cream, to every leader/manager in ING bank in Amsterdam, Nick Craig takes you on a journey to understand why leading from purpose is the key to thriving in times of great uncertainty.

At the core, what allows us to lead in a world in which the ground is shifting under your feet and all the rules are changing as you play the game is the internal certainty that only comes from the place of purpose. Each of us has a purpose that is the unique gift we bring to the world. It is the essence of who we are as individuals and what we each bring to a situation that nobody else can. Purpose is present in every instant of our lives and evident in how we interact with the challenges of the moment—not in what role, title or office we have.

For leaders, this is a game changer. The challenge for most of us is we don’t truly know what it is.

Nick will demonstrate to us that discovering and leading from purpose is realized through three primary gateways. By learning how to access these gateways we open the door to the purpose that has been leading us our whole lives and we can finally begin to own it and to lead from it.

In the end, Nick reminds us that the power to lead from purpose is within each of us. The key is sharing the stories of our moments in purpose. We all have a set of stories that when we tell them we are in that place of purpose.

Key Take Aways:

  • True leading only happens in times of uncertainty
  • Purpose is the antidote to uncertainty
  • Understanding what purpose is and isn’t as a leader
  • Powerful stories from others as to how they faced uncertainty with purpose and thrived

"How do you unleash the fullest potential of individuals and teams without knowing their super powers? The simple answer is – you can’t.

Nick masters the balance of art and science, effortlessly coaxing all of us to answer the biggest question of them all – why?

Only when we answer this question can we hold ourselves accountable for standing in our purpose, revealing the truest and most impactful version of ourselves and our teams."

“For me the journey started with realizing that everybody sort of knows what you're good and what you’re bad at - and they're quite happy to discuss that when you're out of the room. It’s when you realize that, you can actually embrace both your strengths and your weaknesses and engage people in helping you. You can then bring your purpose into that, so you're really trying to achieve something more, and something a little bit bigger. I think that combination of that transparency and bringing forward what you really want people to help you with – which is bigger than just selling more ice cream – that to me has been the key.”

“An important contribution to the debate and a powerful reminder that purpose isn’t just an abstract concept, but ties directly to deeper relationships, more effective leadership - and ultimately to stronger, more cohesive and more successful organisations.”

"After 25 years of corporate life, I knew there was a underlying driver but could not put my finger on it. That was until, I explored with Nick his work around Purpose. Since then, my purpose has acted as a guiding light, to help me centre and ground myself to lead effectively when it’s needed most."

"Thank you! I was excited to have the chance to attend. I am more excited having finished. The course was valuable on so many levels. I was especially impressed at the group's ability to  make the virtual setting work so well. Consider this a beautiful experience to offer your clients.

Well you can tell I was impressed. This was the most participant centric experience I have ever witnessed. The design of the program allows the participants to run it- and fully experience it. And I could go on and on. I will end by saying, my parents are psychologists. I started learning about style and strengths in grade school. I've spent years in the leadership space sorting cards, finding motivations and taking tests to see who I am. I learn new stuff every day but rarely learn something new about me. This week I learned three specific insights. Three! Untapped, undiscovered three."
